BIYU
The advertising concept for a renting company BIYU focuses on showcasing through a photo series, the versatility of their wide range of products in unconventional ways. By creating visually intriguing images that make people wonder “What is this?”, we generate interest and attract potential clients to explore the brand. This approach allows us to stand out in a crowded market and establish BIYU as a unique and exciting rental service.
Based on a global research 94% of the Gen Z and Millenial demographic would prefer to buy or use the services from a funny brand, that has a positive take and doesn't take itself too seriously. People who value achievement and security, particularly Dutch people, show a higher level of purchase intention after seeing offensive humour in advertising.
Through this research into marketing strategies, and taking inspiration from previous BIYU advertising, I decided the most effective way to get interest in the growing company is through a scandalous, humorous poster campaign.
